among many other things contribute to a VIP or VIP-styled car. Your IS350 is sport / performance styled, not VIP.

FYI CL member 'Solo' has the closest thing IMO to a VIP Styled 1st gen IS.
That 1IS reminded me of Batmobile's car:

Bippu is the actual way VIP is pronounced in Japan if I'm not mistaken.

As far as traditional VIP goes, the IS is way too small to truly fit the bill but, it certainly is possible to add some VIP styling cues. As far as my car goes I've done a somewhat VIP/Sport hybrid which I think works very well in blending the lux/sports characteristics of the car.

Hahaha.. Yes. Bippu = v-i-p pronounce as a word. In Japanese language, Japs would pronounce English letter "v" as "b". It is because there is no such basic syllables in thier spelling system (Kana system, the hiragana and katakana).

It's another sports saloon platform. Whatever style it is, depends on whatever the owner wants to call it to their own liking.

Pocky pretty much sums it up. True VIP cars are the air-riding black or white saloons ridden by the japanese capos. Cars such as the LS, GS, Q45, M45, with the 300c. Every other car can be styled "VIP".

Don't be fooled by the uninformed voting polls.

That car is nowhere near VIPstyled. It is race style, I see the race style rim fitment, the aggressive body kit, and the moderate stance. No VIPstyling traits period.

Not saying it's not a nice car but I'm just following the topic of this thread.

I can tell from the side shot that the rim fitment isn't even close and the height is too typical.

Aren't there articles on how to properly vip style your car????

Way too much bad information going around. You guys want to Vipstyle your ride, please do it right or don't say it is VIPstyled. I hope that made a little bit of sense.

Pull over the VIP police are here! Did you even read the thread or are you just a troll? Nobody said Batmobile's car was VIP, I posted it because it was styled after the 1IS that was posted and I think it looks good.

I was going to get more into that because I knew somebody would take that the wrong way but I was too lazy. Don't worry, I knew what you meant...wasn't attacking you.

if you want VIP Style... slam it, add some negative camber, roll/pull the rear fenders and fill the wheel wells with some nice classy rims with stretched tires. you can sometimes pull it off with sporty rims as well.

VIP cars has no intention of Sport and/or Speed IMO.

Doug's car is far from anything "VIP". It's more Sport.

Taken from the VIP Style section on ClubLexus.
