Okay, Not all of them is what I said above.
I know there are some VIP cars with mods under the hood.
But that is the general conscious of VIP. You almost never see any engine modifications to these cars at all.
Then again, maybe Robert from Japan can chime in and put me in my place.

Not a true VIP car..too small. VIP cars are generally full size sedans.
Not a sports car...I mean, it has 4 doors and an automatic tranny.
