When I bought the IS, my dealer (in Maryland) offered me this package as well. My GF told me to take it, but in the end I did not.
To me, clear bra is more important.
Every one is different in terms of getting protections.
Some just want the peace of mind and take the door ding protection offered by the dealer (like my GF). :-)
