Ummm...no. TimboIS....that is not logic, may be "common sense" or what "feels right" but not logic. They damaged your car, you should have them replace your tint. As someone else posted, they took the responsibility of flipping out your wipers and as such they should not have damaged your car. Take it to the extreme...Imagine asking them to flip your wiper and while driving into their garage they accidentally run into a pole...who is at fault?

Same applies here. What you should be balancing is if you can live with paying for $40.00 to stay in the good graces of that dealer or taking the hit. I don't know your relationship with the dealer or how close in proximity you are to other dealers...

Point is, you don't go to a barber to have your teeth cleaned. He should have went to the source of the problem in the first place, the tint shop!

Whether he did or didnt...isnt relative. Dealer damage the customers car. Dealer should be liable.

Good point. PLEXUS will also work. It's made for plastic and it leaves a non-greasy finish. If you do a 'before' and 'after' test you can feel how much smoother the finish is after treating.
