Spoiler Install Outrageous Price!!
#31
Well i got mine from the dealer and had it installed by the dealer. I got it for free though by talking the salesman into throwing it into the deal when my dad got a car.

I recently had a dealership install my oem spoiler and I'm assuming they drilled. Although, I noticed a slight visible gap towards the right end of the wing when standing near the drivers side doors. The left end is flush but the right side has a gap where the double sided tape is visible. Rather than bringing it back to the a-holes who installed my wing, is there a quick fix so that the wing sits flush on the trunk?

Here is more tips for the self-installer that doesn't want to drill the rear trunk. Take a spray bottle and spray water on the trunk lid... the area where the spoiler will be going on. What this does it give the 3M double sided tape some temporary "lubricant" for you so you can position the spoiler correctly before pressing down. Once you press it down, the water is squeezed out and the tape sticks perfectly onto the trunk lid. This also prevents ANY bubbles within the double sided tape.
