My GS3 does it after I wash my car, scares the crap out of my girlfriend.

The TSIB for the front brakes on the IS350 is mostly for the dust. I don't know if it makes any difference on the noise. I have installed them on a couple of customers cars and I will ask, one did comment that they don't grab as much now.

You know.. I tend to disagree, I am using the same pressue to stop the car with the new brakes after the TSB and it doesn't groan anymore.

That was the first thing I noticed as I am backing out of the driveway and coming to a stop sign or intersection.. the groaning is gone!

And coming to a smooth stop is so much easier, and quieter.

As far as the grabbing, I have braked hard maybe twice.. Its not as grabby but it is twice as smooth. And, don't get me wrong.. the car STOPS with no issues.
