Default *UPDATE* Got the dubs on my IS. They're not chrome anymore.

Well got, I took new pics today with the black caps on. These are not photography shots, just quick cell shots.

We can't judge individual (subjetive) preferences, so if your are happy good for you. For me, more than bling bling, they are getto blasters wheels. Anyway, we should be happy cause a fellow CL member is also happy.

oh... wow.... very different look. not sporty at all... merely the *BLING... BLING*... i personally like OE setup much better...

Question: What led you to decide to get those wheels?

Plus the wheels, to me.
With that cover, your brake can't not breath right either.

Lately, I have noticed my local dealers are packaging low-end wheels to all models of Lex also. Peeps told me dealers put it up as "optional chrome package" and taged as "Starting From $3,500".

I wish those buyers know the OE wheel is a nice $2,000 set already, and the low-end one piece chrome wheels are usually M.I.C. products.

joseph, I'm not one to stay OEM though. I don't like having things that other people have. That is why I went with the chrome grille, the luxury Giovanna rims, the chrome pillars, etc.

istundra, I honestly fell in love with these rims before I even decided to buy an IS. I always stick with Giovanna rims. I did the same thing with my last vehicle... saw rims I loved, then bought a new car and threw the rims on. I even had the rims before I took delivery of the car.

ES3, I did not lower the vehicle. I wanted to see how the dubs fit first.
