I'd go for factory warranty, not after market. After market will usually use used parts, factory will use new. Plus you don't have to deal w/annoying phone calls back & forth. Just take it to the dealer & they know what factory covers, if you have an aftermarket warranty, they might just have you do all the work yourself and w/an MBI warranty, it might not be covered. With Lexus it's everything except the wiper blades, brake pads/linings, nuts bolts, clips, panels, wear items, etc. You can actually buy THE SAME warranty from a TOYOTA dealership. Might be cheaper!
