its doesnt matter what car u drive and not having speeding ticket , you got to change your driving habit and get the 9500ix radar by Escort install in your new car... go with the 350... at the end of the day, you will feel good about having 350 by the way you got to drive smart lolz know when to let loose and when not too, having the Radar will help you

yeah I think a radar detector might be a good idea...haha and yes I definitely have to change my driving habits for the next 11 months....I'm not too worried about insurance since my company takes care of that....I'm leaning towards the 350 but I feel like I'm playing with fire. What's the 0-60 on the IS 350?

after owning the 335i, you will need the 350 horsepower. Sooner or latter you will always go back to your rooths of an agressive dirver. If youve gotten tickets, just invest in a laser jammer before you do anything else to the car

well don't get me wrong!! of course the 350 is faster and better....the reason I am considering the 250 is because of two reasons:
1. Price...I can save a few bucks (but it's not that big of a deal I can pay the extra but it is obviously a consideration)
2. I have a lot of speeding tickets. So many that my license is on probation for 1 year and I can't get a single ticket....but if I get the 250 I will have it for at least 2 years after my license go offs probation and I can speed again....that's when I would want the 350

I've been driving for a long time. It has been my observation that:
1. If you give a slow driver a slow car he'll drive slow. Give him a fast car he'll drive even slower.
2. If you give a fast driver a slow car he'll drive fast. Give him a fast car he'll drive even faster.
In my daily commute I see a whole lot more idiots in civics who drive much faster than corvettes.

In case you can't see that, here are the numbers
0 - 10 = .5 seconds
0 - 20 = 1.0 seconds
0 - 30 = 1.9 seconds
0 - 40 = 2.7 seconds
0 - 50 = 3.8 seconds
0 - 60 = 4.9 seconds
so on and so forth
The IS350 is a virtual equal to the 335i in a straight line. You're going to be disappointed going to an IS250 after you had a 335i.
I suggest getting the IS350 and slapping on the F-sport sway bars.
