Found the video of the 2006 ceremony of the Golden Steering Wheel (Das Goldene Lenkrad) awards presented by German newspaper Bild am Sonntag.

The Lexus rep speaks in English, accepting the award. The IS has the golden steering wheel tag on the hood.
