From what I've seen in central NJ, about 80% are the IS250 AWD. And while I've never considered the 2IS a "chick car", I've noticed about 3/4 of the ones I see on the road are driven by women.

Do you guys know if awd have a larger wheel gap than the rwd? I saw a 250 rwd yesterday with temp plates so I dont think he dropped it but his wheel gap was muuch less than my awd.

After going through my second NJ winter with an IS350 (w/snow tires), I'd have to say that this combo is more than adequate for the amount of snow we get here.

ALL the IS 2nd gen are AWD, dealers only got the AWD model. The one that doesnt' have AWD, they special order them will take about 4 weeks + to get it. Not worth waiting :P and this applys to most of the Eastern US

Yes, there is about 1"-1.25" wheel gap difference between AWD and RWD. And yes, there is a lot more AWD than RWD around here.
