When I transition from a level road to a sharp incline, like a steep drive way, I'll hear like a crack from the windshield or sunroof. I can't tell where it's coming from exactly.

I'm hoping it's just the windshield moving like my Audi Q7 when it goes up the same inclines. The Audi has a big sunroof and it's creaks on steep inclines and declines.

Anyone have ideas?

I too get some sort of buzzing when i decline steeply. Not sure what's causing this either.

As for the vent rattles, i found that you also need to insulate the undertray under the knee airbag. There is a tray that you can open with clips, this tray needs to be secure. Try it.

sunroof is way too noisy

I've got a rattle somewhere on the passenger side (door). I've only got 320 miles on my car I have yet to pinpoint the location but its rather annoying.

It could be the passenger seat belt hitting the side panel. I had the same problem. I do have a cracking sound in my dashboard.

I've had more rattles, squeeks, pops and creaking sounds than anyone for sure. From side door pops, front dash rattling, front dash popping sound at the nav, squeeks from the center console, rattles from the sunroof, etc. this has been nothing but a huge disappointment for a Lexus. I'm just tired of bringing these problems to their attention each time I bring the car in. Basically, it's totally unacceptable for a car of this caliber and price!

I have annoying passenger side wind noise and some various creaks. Got the car in December of '05, also have the vibrating rear view mirror, whether sunroof is open or music is on.
