turn on fogs without headlight on?

does anyone have a DIY for turning on the FOGLIGHTS without turning on the HEADLIGHTS??

I'm still waiting for this mod. I hope someone finds the answer soon. I hope that answer can be used with the OEM switch. That would be freaking cool.
