What would look good is to make something that covers the yellow reflector on the side of the light! Brian and I have been talking about trying something so you dont have to take apart the light as a few other members did to remove it. I hate that thing...
I think there is a bubble in the first pic to the top left?? But anyways I dunno if it works with the lines of the hood. But if you like it then what else matters....

when i did the halos in exclusivis's car... we put smoked film on the amber once the headlight was open rather than removing it... it looks pretty nice.

did you try to cover it with your set up on the out side? what I was hoping is I could use the smoke vinyl and apply it to just that section and follow the contour of the light. It kind of has a perfect shape there and my car is BLK like yours so it might just blend in. I don't want to open the lights up. I ordered the vinyl for the rear bumper reflectors and plan to see how it will look. For the few bucks it just may work if I can cut them clean enough. I will post pics of how it looks

i personally didnt... i actually like the orange amber... maybe one of the few... though even if you did smoke the outside... there are two led's from the inside which if you don't disconnect will still shine through the amber... when i did exclusivis's car... we disconnected the inside light so that wouldn't happen. he originally did the smoke vinyl on the outside... which is why we went ahead and looked for other alternatives because we didn't think it looked too great.
