I got kit from FabulousUSA. I cant discuss what I got the kit for since I got a sponsorship from Fabulous. You can get the prices from FabulousUSA.com or call them at 312-861-1060, their US operation is based out of Chicago.
You will need spacers for some wheels with +40 offsets. Ideal offset for 20x8.5 for the 2IS are +38. It really depends on the wheel and how it is designed. The problem you have if the offset is too high, is that the wheel ends of hitting the brake caliper. Some wheels are designed with more clearance some are not, depending on how it was designed. For example, the Zyoxx ZX7 20x8.5 I have on my IS barely clears the brake caliper, I can not use a big brake kit for my IS (such as Brembo, Stop-tech) with the wheels I have on. It has to do with the design of the wheel, in order to have a bigger lip, the wheel bows in at the end of the spoke, leaving less room for brake caliper clearance.
