If you have wood trim interior, you have the premium package.
If you also have memory seats on top of that, you have the luxury package.
If you have an aluminum trim with memory seats, you have the sports package.
Everything else, you can probably figure out yourself.

lol, I know it sounds funny, but it easier to do than you might think. I didnt know exactly all that mine came with, I just told them in the email what colors and that I wanted nav and they quoted a price. Picked it up and drove home to learn all about it.

If you bought a new car it has to have the Monroney sticker on the window. Sometimes it's taken off if it's a demonstrator or if tint is put on, but it's Federal Law that a new car has to have that sticker (there's a fine of $1,000 if it isn't included with a new car). A new car is the only US consumer item that MUST have the MSRP shown on the product, so look in your owner's manual, maybe it's in there. If not call the dealer and get a copy of it. It's good to have when you eventually want to sell your car. It's basic documentation, but it's a good thing for future buyers.

didn't it have a sticker? no sticker at time of sale = used car.
any mile on the car?
did you buy it from a lexus dealer?
did they review the car with you at pick up?
is this your first new car purchase?
how could you negotiate on a price without knowing the worth of the car?

when i got the car USED, it was obvious that i had the navi, wood console, and other options. I want to know if I have HID lights or halogen.
The lights are white and it appears that the lenses are a projector style housing, but I heard that the halogen light housing looks very similar to HIDs.

All IS350/250 have projector housing in the headlights. Just follow the chart below:
2006
--> Sport Pkg -- has aluminium pedals, NO wood trim=has HID
--> Luxury Pkg -- NO aluminium pedals, has wood trim, has illuminated door sills, has sunshade=have HID
--> Premium Pkg -- NO aluminium pedals, has wood trim, NO illuminated door sills, NO sunshade=NO HID
2007
--> All IS350/250 have HID; but packages are the same except the X-package which has aluminium pedals, front lip and different 18" wheels.
I guessing if yours is a 06 then it's most likely a premium package + Nav so no HID, but I could be wrong.

Monroney sticker
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In the United States, all new automobiles are required to include an official form listing certain information about the car; this window sticker is commonly called a Monroney sticker in the industry (or simply a window sticker), named after Almer Stillwell "Mike" Monroney, the Oklahoma senator who sponsored the Automobile Information Disclosure Act of 1958.
The sticker is required to be affixed to the side window or windshield of every new car sold in the United States. A fine of US$1,000 per vehicle is applied if the sticker is missing. The sticker is not required, and the act does not apply, for vehicles with a gross vehicular weight rating of more than 8500 pounds (3856 kg).
The sticker must include the following information:
* The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP)
* Engine and transmission specifications
* Standard equipment and warranty details
* Optional equipment and pricing
* City and highway fuel economy ratings, as determined by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

AUTOMOBILE INFORMATION DISCLOSURE ACT
The Automobile Information Disclosure Act (AIDA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1231-1233, is more commonly known as the Monroney Act (Senator Mike Monroney was the chief sponsor of the Act) or Price Sticker Act. The Act requires the affixing of a retail price sticker to the windshield or side window of new automobiles indicating the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), that is, the "sticker price." Additional information, such as a list of any optional equipment offered or transportation charges, is also required.
The Federal Trade Commission publishes a fact sheet entitled Buying a New Car, that has additional information.
The AIDA was amended in 2005 in an effort to improve the dissemination of New Car Assessment Program ratings. The United States Department of Transportation (DOT) issued a Final Rule, 49 C.F.R. 375.301, that has a September 1, 2007, compliance date, that requires new car crash safety information, known as “Stars on Cars,” to be on the Monroney label. Gold stars appear on the Monroney label, ranging from 1-5, with more stars being better, to help consumers evaluate a car’s crash worthiness. See DOT’s website for more information.
Automobiles, by definition, include passenger vehicles and station wagons, and by extension passenger vans and similar vehicles, such as Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs). Not included, as explained in the legislative history, are pick-up trucks.
The Act prohibits the sticker from being removed or altered prior to sale to a consumer. Criminal prosecution is possible under 15 U.S.C. § 1233, for the willful removal of a label and is punishable as a Class A misdemeanor permitting a fine ($100,000 per violation for an individual and $200,000 per violation for an organization under 18 U.S.C. § 3571) as well as imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
Under a related statute, 49 U.S.C. § 32908, manufacturers and importers of new automobiles, including each category of vehicle identified above and pick-up trucks, are required to affix a label to such vehicles with an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) label containing fuel economy information. See DOT website with links to EPA. Normally, the price sticker label and EPA label are combined as one large label. Failure to maintain the EPA label on the vehicle is considered a violation of AIDA. There are no private remedies under either Act.
OCL enforces AIDA, most commonly, by sending warning letters to dealerships alleged to have violated the Act. OCL also advises consumers of alternative avenues of redress where allegations have been made that a price sticker or EPA label is missing or altered.
