A little over a week ago, I bought these:

And everything seemed fine at first... But a couple days ago I realized I hadn't received anything yet, so I checked the shipping confirmation # at USPS.com, and according to that site, the package was delivered on the 14th!?

So I look on rvinyl's website, hoping to be able to contact someone to figure out what's up, and I realize their home page (www.rvinyl.com) is down... but I can get to it via the link above. Then I realize they have no contact phone # -- only emails... and they won't respond to my emails. I also tried entering my order confirmation # in rvinyl's search tool for checking on order status, and it keeps returning an error.

Has anyone else had trouble with their service? I heard this product was good, but I haven't heard anything about their service.

I know this might be the fault of USPS, but something tells me they're not going to replace my redouts for me... I hope I didn't set $15 on fire and waste about 30 minutes...

Hmmm... how were they delivered? Just dropped off at your door? Did you have to sign for them?

yeah sorry to hear about this.....rvinyl actually gives very good customer support (as they did for me) and I had no problems ordering my vinyls (although I bought it a long time ago)

 

no trouble with mine either.

 

I'm sure theyll send another one for free, after all vinyls cost like couple of cents to make.

 

Mine came in a FedEx envelope. No problems at all!

 

i got mine via USPS Priority Mail so it had a tracking number and everything.....but I did not have to sign off on it it was just left on front door step

I know what happened... Your mailman delievered it to your back door. I had one package that was put in the laundry room. I never thought to look there until i had to wash some clothes and there it was. I guess they just don't want anyone stealing it.

 

Mine came in my mailbox in 4-5 days. Would post a pic, but y'all already know what it looks like.

 

You start a thread on the problem and then you don't tell us the results... Come on man!

If you don't receive them at all...call your credit card company and tell them to cancel the transaction.
