2007 is250 awd

i'm looking to buy a new 2007 is250 awd....what prices should i expect for a base awd model in the mid-atlantic area?

any thoughts please?

some dealer in nj is offering me $33k+ ttl for awd w/ HID, rear spoiler, wood trim...it's 200 miles drive for me one way.

a dealer in baltimore, md is offering me the same car for the same price for 2007 is250 awd with HID, spoiler, accessory package in black sapphire w/ black interior for $34k otd with 3% va tax.

good deal? or can i do better?

i got mine for $35k without taxes and titles...I got Navigation Package, Luxury Package, Wood Trim, HID, Premium Package....33k is way too much for those options
