Snow Mode??
I normally use Power Mode on Dyno Day!!!
On a Dyno Jet System you should be looking at about 265 Rwhp for a base / stock IS350..
This number represents the SAE Correction factor as well.

The only thing way that the ECT modes effect power output is by altering the responsiveness of the throttle. It does NOT reduce power at WOT. Therefore, ECT Snow / Power has no impace on the power that it puts down on the dyno. However, ECT Snow does allow the dyno test to be started at much lower RPMs without downshifting. In ECT Snow, you can go full throttle at 3K RPMs in 4th gear. In ECT PWR, you can't go full throttle until MUCH higher in the RPM range.
