Did they change the tires again?

they all suck.
if you want performance, get a set of Bridgestone RE-01R, Michelin PS2s or whatever else that's not all season.
but, if you face winter cold and some snow and you don't wanna change tires for the winter, then stick with all seasons. albeit better all seasons.
I'm gonna get Michelin Pilot Sport A/S.
they are lighter than some of the other tires in its class

I think potenza have a tread rating of 180... which equates to a good hook on the street.

But yeah they are loud but overall I have been happy with the tire. I myself will prolly got with an A/S simply because I want a quieter ride!!!

The Dunlops are great tires. I have 21k on mine now and on the rear tires the wear indicator is almost flush with the rest of the tire. Fronts still have a good 5k left on them. I'm planning to mount/balance my Michelin Pilots tonight. Just called the Lexus dealership and they only charge $15 per wheel.

I think the AWD's came with Dunlop Sport 5000M M+S and they were rated as not so good.

I put those tires on a 95 Integra I owned and they were the best tires I've ever had so far. They stuck to the road like glue even in a driving rainstorm doing 60 down the interstate. A little noisy, but hey, I'd rather have the performance!

My '07 IS250 X-package came with Bridgestone's Turanza ER33
(225/40R18 88Y FRONT)
(225/40R18 95Y REAR)
Treadwear 140
88 = 1,235 pounds (tire load index)
Y = 186 mph (300 km/h) Exotic Sports Cars
95 = 1521 pounds (690 km/h)
Excuse my ignorance but whao!! This is the first time I see a Rim Flange Protector or Rim-flange Protection Ring, and it is in my ride, Yes ! Only in the front tires thou.
