I know this thread is old... but im gonna resurrect it...
1. press the trip reset until the odometer is displayed
2. turn the car off
3. not pressing the brake, press the start button once
4. press and hold the trip/reset button
5. while holding the trip/reset button- press start again (still not using the brake)
6. you should sese the trip area start counting down with dashes, when it's done... it's reset.
I'm sure that's explained somewhere, but i couldn't find it. This was the most helpful thread when i searched "oil warning" - so, maybe it will help in the future.
