It's not a fuse, it's a relay.

Look, just Google it.

Okay, I got that its a relay now, and after searching through the civics manual I found that it doesnt say where it is... No surprise there. So how in the hell do I find that thing and change it?

I've swapped my rear blinkers with LEDs for about a month and a half now with resistors and everything is still working perfectly. The resistor does get a little warm but doesn't harm anything surrounding it (if away from wires of course) and blinks just as if you had an incandescent bulb.

Well the only problem I have with going the resistor route is that Id have to cut into the wires. And doing anything permanent is out of the question. So if I could find out where those flashers were and find where to buy new ones that would be a much better fix for my case.

it's underneath the steering wheel area. turn on your hazards, stick you head in the foot well area and look up. feel around for the clicking. you'll eventually find a small box making a lot of noise. if you were local, i'd give you mine as i'm going to switch it back to stock.
