2Gen IS - 18` rear tires size?
Hi.
While i`m waiting for my pro-kit I`m also in search of tires for my oem 18` rims. And there is one question about it. What if i put them in 225/40 - front and 255/35 - rear? The original sizes for Lexus are 225/40 - 255/40, and i think that`s why rear wheels (18`) look so small, like 16` or something. So i want to ask would it be ok if i put 255/35 - rear, like on BMW 3-er.
And one more thing - can anyone help to find thread whith fotos of 2 gen IS on eibach pro-kit and 18` oem. It was there some time ago but now it`s gone. Thanks.

^^^ Do you have a photo of your OEM 18x8.5 with 275/35R18? Doesn't the sidewall bulge with an 8.5" rim?
For an 8.5" rim, 255/35R18 or 265/35R18 is the max i'd go with. Beyond that the sidewall would bulge a bit.
