Default relocate gas and trunk button?

Anyone know if there is a kit to relocate the gas and trunk button further up to the empty buttons above?

huh... not sure you would need a "kit" to do that... Are those buttons the same size as the empty slots above them? You should just be able to open that side panel to the left (when the door is open) and move them up.

I haven't seen the 07's but I gather that they're higher up than the 06. I have an 06 and the button is located very low and somewhat awkward. It's very hard to see and access this button. You have to bend down and look to see where it is unless you're already used to it.

I think this is a good question bc I have an 06 and would love to be able to move this button up as well.

This is exactly my intention when posting this. The 07 is located very low just like the 06.

If they were the same size, I wouldn't be posting this. As of now, it would require cutting into the ones above to fit the gas and trunk buttons into it. I would rather not do that since it will most likely won't be straight or leave an ugly gap. Plus once its relocated, I still need "empty" buttons to cover up the original gas and trunk buttons.

The location really doesn't bother me. I don't have to look at the buttons in order to press them.

srry guys...it doesnt look like it is possible....unless u would like it too look bad...the piece between the two buttons is permanent...so when u take out the cover from above it would not fit down there....

unless lexus sells something to cover that up...perhaps those of us that do not have anything in the top row can get seperate buttons for each...from a different model....but i dont know if that would work....
