The title says it all. The place I bought my car, Lexus of Naperville, refuses to do so, even though I even brought the CL how-to via the OBD tool. I'm sick of 'em, enough's enough! Thanks!

I bought my car at Bredemann, and they turned them off with no hassle or charge.

i've debated doing it myself. I bought mine at woodfield but not sure if they will or not although they are great guys... i odn't see why not. they are anxious to keep their customers and bring in new ones... plus they have top customer ratings.

Yeah im gonna try woodfield too. Thats where i bought my car as well, and they seriously do have top notch customer service.

Thanks for the responses. Think they'd tell me over the phone whether they'd do it, or is it more of a show-up-and-we'll-do-it-under-the-table sort of thing?
