06 IS 350 pre-owned Price check
This evening i went to the lexus and they had a 06 IS 350 with 15k miles on it. the IS had every option, Mark Lev, Navi, Pre Collision, Sport pkg. so started to negotiate the price of the car and i manage to get at $35K.
I was just wondering is that is good price for the car or I could have gotten a better deal?
Thanks,

Are you sure the car has pre-collision? I thought that is a very rare option.
I picked up an IS350 (2006) with sport pkg, Navi, and ML, 9500 miles couple weeks ago for 33,500 before tax.

Plus, another way i could tell was that on the front grill the lexus symbol looks different from the reg lexus vehicles. if you know what i am talking about.

I bought the car from local Virginia dealership. the car is not a certified pre-owed (CPO) car. the reason why i didn't want the CPO was that the warranty of the CPO starts the day i buy that car and i already have 3 years and approx 40K miles manufacture warranty.

do you intend on keepin the car for along time or as a temp thing? if its a temp thing then you should go for it because you are saving a good 10k for something that would be new. but if you intend on keeping it for a long time i recommend the new route just because the car will be with you for a very long time and its nice to know that nothing is wrong with it because youve had it from the get go. not to mention the price gets mitigated the longer you keep the car.

So the reason why i choose the pre-owned one was because the color combo. and it had all the options i wanted on the car and little extra (pre-collision) which i didn't care about but it came with the car.
though it was not CPO but i got it checked out with one of my buddy who is a mechcanic at the lexus dealer and he said it was in decent conditions.
