Just b/c of the fact that you have a Lexus ISx50..you're an automatic target for G35's and bimmers...point blank...

I hate G35's for the reason alone...ugh! cant even drive peacefully...had some punk kid in a stock G35 (auto) cut me off a couple days ago..

Wow, I didnt think the 250 would be able to take a V6 accord... Huh, Ill have to try that.

you might have a slow IS then(how much do you weigh, do you have traction control turned off?, how was your launch) My 1/4 mile times don't lie. Neither do gernby's , caymandives, david h's (i think his name is dnszoom on here). caymandive was running faster 1/4 miles stock then most m3's run.

of course there are always exceptions to the norm. I am sure there are many many tweeked out m3's out there , that yes can pack my ***. However, the two e46's i have raced, i have pulled around and stayed ahead.

I've even done well with 05-07 vettes. I am in no way saying I have beat them, but I have raced a couple and it was even up to around 100, and then they started to pull.

mustangs never stand a chance (unless they are the cobra's or the insane 50k ones)

I notice the taunts... and then the cars usually slow down... I guess they're seeing what model I have. Usually at that point, they give up and drive away haha

I had once, the guy, who's driving bmw 325 (lower with rims, exhaust) and his girlfriend is in the car (I guess he wants to show off), wants to race with me at the red light............and I beat him 3 times in a row. I even wave at him tell him to come up so I can beat it some more, but he SUDDENTLY realize that his car is not faster than my car and just make a left turn.

Well about a year ago was my last person who wanted to race. Now that in NY/NJ everyone and the grandmother has an is250 awd. I think people see it as a slower car. Not knowing I am rolling in a 350, and would leave them thinking that I must have a ton of mods. I wish i could make the is350 get bigger or stand our more with arrows pointing to it when i am passing them. LOL

PS I am not hating you CL 250 owners.

Having owned an E46 M3, I will concede that it would probably could be a close race, depending on the drivers, conditions, etc... but if you put the same driver in the both cars, stock for stock the M3 will always come out on top.

Don't get me wrong, I love the new IS but its just the reality of the situation.
