No coin holder?... NO PROBLEM!!
So, I think I found a pretty good fix to the no coin holder issue. I took this out of my old car but you can find them just about anywhere for any make. They seem to be pretty standard. I know the Lexus RX has one. The Chevy Tahoe has one. I'm sure tons of other cars do too.
I just took some heavy duty velcro to affix it. It also gives me the option of removing it if I need all the space in the center console.
I tried to fit it in the ash tray but it was just too thick. This spot works just fine, though.

This one is very inexpensive and looks like it holds more coins. I think I am going to ge this one. Great idea with the velcro

I am quite sure that the lexus dealer has them. Like I said... the RX has one. So, I'm sure you can get one in the parts department. Just say you need the coin holder for the RX. You might be able to get one cheaper from a chevy dealer (I know the 1998 Tahoe used to have one... not sure about the new models).
