I just called and ordered some. Apparently they have a solutions for most aftermarket wheels.

I was told they have a solution for the 90 degree bend in the valve stem and also the ones which come straight out.

that looks like just the nut is new...the valve stem is probably the same ones they used before.

nope they have 2 peices the nut adaptor and the valve stem to go along with it. He said he could just sell me the nut but it might not be the same size thread as the valve stem I have. So I just got both nut adaptor and valve stem. You could just get the nut but might not work with what you have.
