Default Need Tire Advice for 20" Rims

I have a 07 IS 250 RWD which i will be buying 20" MRR GT-1 staggered rims this weekend. At 3 different locations it has been recommended to me to run a 245/30 in the front and a 285/25 in the rear, i was told this setup will not rub at all. What would be the best setup for me im not to fond of running a 25 series in the rear. I see most people on here are using a 245/35 and a 275/30. Please help me i am clueless when it comes to this stuff.

check the aftermarket wheel thread at the top. and no one runs a 245/35/20 on the front. it wont fit without rubbing.

I run 235/30/20 and 275/30/20 with NO rubbing. I even do U-turns.

It also depends how low you will drop it. The way I will be running is 235/30/20, 255/30/20.

I have 235-30 front, 275-30 rear, but it is better to use the setup as tony to protect the front wheel.
