My wife and I purchased our 07 250 AWD from them. The dealer here in Richmond wanted full sticker for their car with 2900 miles on the odometer !! The salesman at Pohanka was very helpful, we got $2800 off sticker and they delivered the car to our front door. Great experience with them.

bought my 06 from pohanka...was initially pleased with the experience and first few services but then their customer service started to deteriorate as i continued to go to them...
the one that put me over the edge was the service dept rep giving me a hard time about the tsb for brake dust...overall was rude and was basically yelling at me but eventually i got it done without any more hassle...after that i started going to lindsay and have had no problems
one thing i might add in defense for pohanka is when i had my bumper scratched while in DC...they contract painters that work in their parking lot and offer very reasonable prices...$250 for the whole bumper and a very smooth experience overall
