Rear view mirror costs $900!!!

Lucky you. So far I've had my car in the shop for the following over my 18 months of ownership.
-about 3 times for dash noises
- drivers side seat sqeak
-TSIB for the front brakes
-seat belt recall
-weather stripping around the front doors coming loose on the frame side not the actual doors
- The A pillar cover coming loose that covers the curtain airbags
-the rear view mirror issue that i've had for a long time and now it's finally come off completely. If they look in the service records they will see that I've had the car in for a vibration issue shortly after I purchased.
I sure hope this is it with the issues.

Unless there's a specific process that went bad for a batch of cars, it's highly unlikely that your car is the source of multiple random issues via statistical bad luck for a process as tightly controlled as Toyota's.
