I would leave it.

The purpose of the spare donut is to give your car a temporary tire and you should be replacing the flat ASAP. The problem with the full sized spare in the IS300 was that owners never bother to replace the flat because the spare works just fine

besides, who cares about looking good when you have a flat! lol

I love the hubcap spinners, the ones that just wiggle back and forth rather than spin.. I can get 4 for $19.99..

the reason its yellow is so that when you DO get a flat and you have to use it.. you change it out ASAP.. cuz no one wnats to be rollin on a yellow donut.
