3k = yellow unless you have a tinted bulb.

my green HID's put out better light out put than the 8000K's i had before. the bulbs are not tinted. im not sure how they achieve the green color, but it is what it is. during warm-up they are white and slowly warm up to green.

^Thats what Ive been tellin everybody all along. The output is way better than the 8000K I use to have. Mines also warm up white, then turn pink.

3000K is yellow light, not pink. That's probably 30,000K.

If this is the case why do they have 3000K Green ? What temp is that on the kelvin scale ?

Just kidding man, the pink lights do look good. However, if you're really trying to be "different," you're going to do a lot more then just some lights.

This thread does doesn't even have anything to do with the IS. This should be moved to the lighting forum.
And 3000K is yellow no matter how you put it. There are no 3000k red, 3000k pink, 3000k green, etc. I blame ebay companies for these misnomers.
