I just worked with the customer service reps (Antonio and Wing). The service was good, they were answering my e-mails quickly. I'm not too sure what you mean by "the Relay". Could you clarify? It was plug n play in that the wiring plugs directly into the factory harness. It still requires that you plug the factory harness into the ballast but no additional connections to ground or the battery are required. Hope this helps
