How Old Were You When You Got Your First Lexus?

having an IS350 at a young age shouldnt be that much of a surprise. it's similar to the kids getting a4's and 3 series'. if you live in LA it's really common. i actually have one of the cheaper cars out of my friends. one of my friends who is 18 is already on her fifth car: 06 SLK350, 07 SL550, 07 SLK 55...those were her old cars, now she rocks 07 SL55 and an 08 C350 daily driver. now that is outrageous, but an IS350? relatively common around my way.

At 19, my 10 year old lexus was, and continues to this day, the most advanced, powerful and expensive car out of all of my friends rides, and I'm 25 now.
15 year old kids do NOT drive brand spankin' new lexus' in my area.

Hey there everyone,and worked for my second lexus, an 07 IS 250, which is my fifth car, and the first car that i earned, when i was 18.
2003 - 16 - 2003 Mazda RX-8 - taken away after i got in trouble
2003 - 16 - 2000 Lexus ES300 - got broken into
2004 - 17 - 2003 Honda Accord coupe - sold in 2007 had 104k miles
2007 - 18 - 2004 Nissan 350Z Roadster - still have
2007 - 18 - 2007 Lexus IS 250 (first car bought myself) - awesome

29. After dental school I leased an ES300 (2003) for like 485 a month with absolutely not a penny down. I literally left the dealership paying NOTHING. At the time, that was the same price as a G35 and a VW PASSAT 4 cylinder!!!! I couldn't believe how a 4 cylinder PASSAT lease could cost the same as a Lexus lease!

picked up an is250 awd this past summer. turned 19 on july 4th 2007 =)
a lot of people at my school (carnegie mellon) have some sick rides. e60 m5, m6, rs4, carrera 4s, probably at least 4-5 e46 m3s, and i think ive seen almost every 05+ bmw north america production car on campus in a rainbow of colors.
a handful of 250 awds, a 350 (rare in the northeast!), plenty of 3GS, an SC430, a few 1IS..
keep in mind, these are student owned cars.... (or should i say 'parent' owned...)
