Default Dusty Rims

Anyone know what you have to do to fix this? I read changing brake calipers? Will Lexus do this for no charge & who do you need to speak too? The brake dust issue is a bit ridiculous, I literally need to wash my rims every other day.

Thumbs up

It is free and it is definitely worth it!

Unless you're A.J. Foyt, go have it done. It cuts down on the dust tremendously!

Cheers,

Not for me. They stop pretty good, plus there is not as much of the "grinding" type sound.

You want performance, you have to deal with the dust. I just clean mine off with a soft cloth daily to avoid it getting bad. One minute and they are ready to go the next day.

Until you get the TSB done, I recommend Dupont Teflon Wheel Cleaner. I just spray it on, rinse it off and dab with a towel - quick and easy. Cleans and seems to keep the dust away longer.
