Default Why does my brand new IS 250 lean.....

I noticed it kinda looked like it was lower on the driver side so I decided to measure. The front driver side is 1/4 inche lower than the passenger side and the rear driver side is 1/2 inch lower than the passenger rear. What the hell is wrong with my car, it is brand new with 500 miles on it?

How precise is your measurement? You're telling me you could tell with the naked eye that one side is lower than the other and it turned out to be a quarter inch?

i asked the same question a long time ago and someone replied that it's from the weight on the driver side due to the driver always being in the car. it makes sense... i'm 160 and it's only me in the car 80-90% of the time so it's probably enough to compress the driver side springs slightly.

Well I am 6'2" and weigh 210lbs, I am perfect weight and in good shape. A car should not lean due to the drivers weight, unless the driver is in it.
Yes I can notice 1/4 inch up front and 1/2 inch in the rear. The surface is totally flat. The air is equal in all tires.
I have heard of the eibachs leaning a little after the were installed. I know Tacomas have a tendency to lean to because they are a far heavier on the driver side. Maybe Toyota just doesn't even their cars out properly. That is one area where the Germans just must pay a little more attention to precision because my audis were dead on ***** even. It annoys me knowing I have a 40K car that leans and it only has 600 miles on it. I am sure the only fix will be to get coilovers. I however am not going to put any money into aftermarket parts for this car. It never pays off in the long run and for some reason or another they always seem to make problems. I want a reliable car that is fun and safe to drive for 40-50K miles.
