All i really need to do is the Driver Seat.

For $500 or less, I would really consider.

I've searched and searched, seems like the seats are the same regardless if it has memory seats or not. Only option for difference is Perforated and non-perforated.
Ah, actually a new door trim panel is closer to $1,000. The power seat switch itself is different ($100.00). The memory switch on the door itself is $471.00. The network computer will also have to be replaced ($930.00) and this doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of the parts that will be required. Add on top of that all the labor and research. BIG$$$$$$$.

Memory Switch - $70.00 http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...07&catalogid=2

ehhh... door panel is $439.00

http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...=4&catalogid=2

Seat switch ECM for Memory seats - $325.00

http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...06&catalogid=2

I can probably get away with the door panel if i do some custom work. roughly $500.00 for parts. Not too shabby.

I don't need feasibility analysis. Just wanna know if it is possible. I'll make the judgment on feasibility myself. Thanks.

It doesnt look like it would be tough to modify the doorpanel. It almost looks like an afterthought on the factory ones. As far as all the electronics, I guess nobody can know for sure until we either have a electronic diagram or a side by side comparison between a factory equipped car and a non.

This conversation reminds me of the old days with my toyota truck swapping out standard guage clusters to the SR5 model.. The only extra item needed was the fuel pressure sender. I wish it were still that simple.

Yep. All i need is the electrical diagram.

About several months back, I saw some Lexus 2IS Electrical manuals on ebay for about $70.00. I should have picked it up. Now a days, I don't see them listed anymore.

Darn, if shopping for the IS350 he could have picked this as an option as it is one of the common options to find on the 350

Supposedly it's a special order from the dealer. At least that's what the sales women told him earlier this morning.

I am picking up a 2006 IS250 AWD base model and would also like to know if the harnesses are there for upgrading to power leather seats. I am looking at picking up leather seats from a scrap yard and installing them. Won't waste the money to just try and find out I cant adjust the seats.
Also if anyone's interested from the states, there's a complete black set I saw for 700$ on E-bay right now.
