Pay someone else to do it.

If you make a mistake, it becomes a safety issue. That by itself is reason enough to have it professionally installed...

Definitely pay a shop to do the install.

I decided to bite the bullet and have the dealership I bought the car from do the install. They will be installing the springs in 2 week and are only charging 150cad more than the speed shop down the road, but the peace of mind is worth it imo.

it would be worth it to have a shop do it and pay a little extra.. Besides if they mess up they fix it free..

Pay around $200 and save yourself from worries such as you might be on wrong process. Also it is related to safety issue.

I like to do things myself but I think springs would be tough. If i recall right, I think gernby did his own so you might want to shoot him a PM and see how hard it was. I could be wrong about that though.

I did mine, but i have 15 years of experince and it still was a challenge. out of all the cars i have done the IS took me much longer then anything prior. I can do a Evo9 in 1 hour flat, this took almost 5 hours due to all the parts that have to be removed.

Have someone do it......

Why doesnt anyone get the LMS springs?? It seems like a very good drop and its even. Eibach's isnt that even.

I'm thinking about going with either LMS or Eibach.

PAY a Proffesional.. Save the trouble. Like kilo said. took him 5 hours!!! and he has been working with that for 15 years.. $200-$250 No More...

I'm using a diffrent spring other then Eibach.. Going with Road Magnet for AWD IS's... Heard to give an even drop of 2"... but IDK...
