I know that Southeast Toyota (Lexus) region offers a chrome stock wheel option at time of purchase. So they are out there if you want to buy new. Perhaps you can find a local chome plating shop. Several of the new vehicles at JM Lexus in South Florida have stock chrome wheels and it looks pretty good.

Wheel swap. Call your local tire/wheel dealers/shops and ask them if they have a set of chrome oem 18". You'll save a lot $$ doing this. I paid $550 all inclusive and out thier shop in 45 minutes..
