My fiancee bought a 2007 with sprt package. In the stickes says it have Hight Intensity Headlamps or something similar. The day running lights are yellow but when you turn the light on @ night those are blue.
Can I change the little bulb in the lamp to blue to see the DRL blue?

Nope, the DRLs are your High Beams running at 25%. Many people have changed them to whiter bulbs and yes when they are at full power (when you high beams are on) they are whiter, but it makes little difference when they are run at 25% (when they are your DRLs). Also in the same housing as the DRLs/High Beams is a City Light and they is yellow too. What most of us do is have the DRLs turned off at the dealer when you change any other LPS settings you might want to change, and then replace the City Lights with white 5 LED refractors so you look like this (this has the fog lights changed to be white too):

I liked the look of all of them matching much better. Total spent Ummm... Well lets see: $5 for white city lights (LEDs or White Bulbs), $28 for MTEC 4350K Fog lights (same price for 5150K Lumincs if you liked the more blueish tint in the first pic), and another $29 for either the MTEC or Lumincs High beams if you want to change those... Most people never use them so you dont have to. Not much money huh? Let me know if your interested, ill show you where and how to get everything.

ok on my pic, the HID is the big obvious head light, the parking lite is the little lite to the left, the fogs are the yellow closest to the ground, none of our pics, ben_r and mine, show the DRL. The DRL is the the light that comes on when the lights are off. If you see pics of ppl with the lites on and theres a yellow lite next to the main headlight that the stock parking lite causing the 'yellow'.

So the parking lights are further from the grille, and the DRL's are closer.
And when high beams are on, more power goes to the DRL's.
Finally, the fog lights are the ones closest to the ground...right?
Then where do the HID's go?
I'm so lost...

Yes parking lights are the little tiny orange lights at the very bottom of the headlight housing (there are two per head light). The DRLs are in the same area as the city lights (the circle cut out in the headlight housing closest to the grill).
