haha, I was just going to comment on how you and ben_r sure enjoy posting, but then I see that you've got nothing on that guy, as he's done well over 1000 in 2 months.

I racked up 20,000 miles on my OEM Dunlops before I installed my new wheels/tires. They're sitting in storage, and probably have at least another 5,000 miles left in legal tread.

Those are the tires I'm looking at replacing my dunlaps with as well. since i decided to keep the stock 18s and just drop it i can confidently spend some more on the tires.

i'm at 22,000 and still the original dunlaps. last oil change they said i'm getting a little low on the rears so probably a few more thousand on them. i drive hard too. i can't see how anyone is only getting 15,000 unless they race off every line at every light san francisco. going up the hill.

Running about 32K on OEM Dunlaps . Got two replaced at 1K due to alignment issue that was actual alignment computer issue ... as it did not have the correct alignment numbers for the new IS ... go figure ... Need replacement as 3 out of 4 of the Dunlaps have plugs ... due to the nails in my stone driveway ... stupid siding contractor ! Look like I could get ..2 - 3 K more .. if I did not have the multi plug issue.

My tire wear indicator for the front showed at about 24k. The rear could have lasted another 3-5k. I took it to the mountains many times.

I've got 15K on the stock Dunlops. I have a tread gauge, thanks to my days long since gone of being in the tire bus...they show about 7/32...they came with 10/32 new..so if I take them down to 'worn out' at 2/32 it works to 5k per 32nd..which will get me 40K. I don't drive the car hard too often..which explains it I guess.

When it comes time..or before then. I am going with either the Eagle F1 GSD3 or the new Eagle F1 All Season

My dunlops have about 19,000 on them and rears still look good. The fronts are worn pretty badly on the insides and some on the outsides. I'm looking at the new Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season that comes out this month when it comes time to replace them.
