Default How to take private phone calls with the 2IS bluetooth?

I was wondering if you guys had some suggestions on how to easily (and discretely) take private phone calls with the 2IS' bluetooth system. 99% of the time, I don't mind answering calls on the bluetooth using the car's mic and speakerphone, however there are a few instances where I'd prefer to take the call directly from my phone depending on who is in my car.

Is there a way to easily enable some setting each time the car starts and first communicates with my bluetooth compatible phone to disable the car's speakerphone function? BTW, I'm not sure if it matters but I have the Motorola Razor.

Thanks!

Wen I want to take a call and do not want it on peaker, I simply witch to the handset on my phone...I have a Blackberry 8830 and two key strokes later I can "disengage" the bluetooth. When the call is over my phone automaticaly reconnects.

on the phone there should be a Switch handset button when a call is being received via bluetooth. also there might be a switch on the screen but i don't remember. usually i just pick up the phone answer it and click switch.

Well I would probably make my car connect to my phone manually. So when you want to use hands free, you can just connect it whenever you want. If you still want to use auto-connect, you can push transfer call on the screen and then you can use your phone.

there is a button on the screen but it gets locked when ur in motion...so majority of the time this route would be pointless...

Just turn BT off on your phone. When you want to use it during a call or whenever, just turn it on and the IS will sync.

If the phone call requires privacy, I just choose to set the phone back to "handset", without turning off the Bluetooth.

I just answer it from the phone and then select the option (on my phone) to transfer the call to the handset, that way I dont have to turn off bluetooth (I always leave it on).

on my phone, if i answer the call on the handset, it'll goto the handset rather than the bt. if i answer from the steering wheel or the nav screen, it'll goto the bt.

the transfer button on the screen is disabled (unless you did the hack) while the car is moving

i have an Audiovox XV6700 with Verizon. If i answer the call with my steering wheel it picks up over the speakers. If i answer the call from my phone it picks up the call through the earpeice on the phone.
