Default Navigation Question: Finding POI en route to destination

Going to vegas this weekend, I've got a couple of coupons for jamba juice (buy one get one) and I want to know if there is anyway to show jamba juices that are en route to vegas. Anyone know?

I have no idea whether Jamba Juice is in the POI database, but yes, you can search for POIs by name. If you search for a POI with multiple locations, it will list them ordered by their distance from your current position.

Is there a voice command to do this? I've always used my override to get the screen for new destinations to work. I tried voice with what I hoped would work, but I was unsuccessful.

Unfortunately, no. From my recollection of voice recognition technology, the greater the number of words that are possible matches, the harder it is to achieve good accuracy. And there are LOTS of entries in the POI database.

The only way I've ever found out to check if something's "On Route" is to just search by POI type. Usually I'll pick Bank and ATM, and then there's an option at the upper right to pick "On Route". I think it can be sorted by Distance and Name, so if you can figure out which category Jamba Juice is in, you can try it.

Not exactly, but when you do the search, it lists each match showing both the distance (in miles) and direction (a little arrow) from your current position. Using the arrow, you should be able to figure out when the place is in front of you (arrow pointing up), or behind you (arrow pointing down).
