Can't open passenger side windows from driver's side??
well for some reason today my windows on my passenger side wouldn't open from the driver's seat... they'll open with the switch on their respective doors but i can't control them from the driver's seat... anyone know what's wrong???

that happened to me not too long ago, you need to lower all the windows by pressing the unlock key on your remote to reset all the windows,no problem after I did that.

hmm, on my LS400, when i press the lock windows, i cant open any window but the drivers side. Strange.
yes, i did disconnect the battery... where in the manual should i refer to??
ok here is what you have to do........go to each window and press auto down an auto up individually (not from driver switch) you have to go each door to do this, after you do this it will work again in the driver switch

That doesn't sound right. I seemed to remember that you were supposed to open the window a bit, close it, and then hold the switch in the "close" position for a few seconds.
Like CAIFAN_64 said, if all else fails, it's in the owners manual.
