lol...um...what can you do?

Get a car cover...or a bodyguard.

If you can't do that, ask a neighbor to give your car a roof to stay under.

Or if your neighbors don't play nice, don't they have those rentable car storages?

I'd try those options...man, this is a weird question.

Seriously, I can understand where he is coming from. I wouldn't want anything happening to the new car and the need to keep it safe from dings, bird presents, etc. Car covers are a pain just because the hassle of taking it on and off and eventually you say "screw it". Depending on where you live maybe look for a secure parking lot but then you might have to take the bus to get your car : ) or maybe buy a big truck and park your car in the truck or just leave the car in the truck and just drive the truck around : )

Welcome to Club Lexus!! So you're going to be leaving the car and not driving it for an extended period of time? If this is the case, why wouldn't you want a car cover? That's easily the best protection you can afford your car's finish... Now if it's going to be outside and you are going to be driving it, then invest in some Meguiar's Quik Detailer, and keep it in your trunk with some microfiber cloths. That will help you take care of the little "presents from heaven" that appear on your car...

Lol,
I wish I had a car like yours when I was in school so I would have a better looking wife.

Anyway, try not to leave the car outside for days. I would find a good quality cover to bag up the car or you will see swirls cause by cheap covers after putting on and taking off for a few times.
How about buy monthly parking in a parking building?
How about taking the car to school?
How about waxing a few coats weekly?
How about setting a temporary car tent and park under it.

I like the dealer car cover and it got the lexus logo on it. The dealer car cover cost around $300 but you can get it cheaper on ebay.

thanks for all the replies.
Yeah i gotta leave it ouside or maybe in a parking garage so i can stay out of the sun. Just worried about the sun and other nature related things that might be harmful to the car. I cant cover it cause the school needs to be able to see the parking decal and they prolly prohibit the use of a cover.

A nice coat of polish followed by a coat of wax should take care of exterior "nature damage". Then save the money on from a car cover to get some ceramic tint. I've used this solution and parked mine outside of my apartment for the last year and no problems *knock on wood*.
