Is this any good? Or was it 3 year that came with the car?

I thought the Lexus roadside assistance was handled through AAA. So those of us that have AAA already simply have double coverage.

Lexus roadside assistance is provided for four years from your date of purchase.

Lexus and AAA coverages are not the same (even if AAA handles Lexus' roadside assistance under contract). With AAA, they'll tow your car wherever you ask (within the mileage restrictions of your particular plan). With Lexus roadside assistance, I believe that they'll only tow your car to the nearest Lexus dealer.
