Thanks a lot fellow members!
Apparently, everything changed for the good with me. After 7 months of intense negotiations, I'm pretty close of bringing home a 2007 IS250 RWD Black on Black with the X-package. I have got a super huge discount under the regular selling price for this one of the kind IS. Let me tell you I have never seen such a big discount before anywhere in CL. The car is pretty unique, I have seen only one IS in PR with this package and it was in another color. This baby comes with aluminum trim (no wood for me, yes!).
I will keep you posted of the final specs and yes, the pics are coming soon!!
Best regards to everyone! I'm going to get the car tomorrow (Sunday) @ 11:00 am sharp.

Ha, ha, ha!!!
This picture was the only one I could take at the dealer and it is crappy one. They were checking everything before they gave me the keys. Everything happen so fast that I forgot to take the pics. Sorry guys!!
Thanks Javy, those pics represent perfectly the way I felt at the dealer. Obviously, since I'm a Lexus owner I followed the rules and stayed discreet no emotions what so ever. Let me tell you, this car is an engineering work of art, its a monster. I felt like I was about to lift off to another planet. The beast is fast. You guys are going have fun with my purchase starting with the photoshoot with the 500 year old historic buildings in the background. Those pics are coming soon!!

Sorry off topic but just a thought.
How about changing the front tires with 45 series (225/45/118 directional) just to increase the OD close to the rear OD. Then buy a spare wheel 18X8 OEM with 225/45/18 non directional tire as a spare. That would be the closest to match the front and rear instead of using the dough nut.
