Yes i think the xpackage lip is missing. Maybe it is optional in your region similarly to the canadians?

Confirmed, the lip is not available en PR. Frankly, even if the lip was available I think twice before I install it. I love my car the way it looks now. The only thing I could consider installing is the stainless steel HKS exhaust. Almost $2K in PR. At the end, I know I will go to my investment agent and put them on a tax free investment product.
